FAQ

Why can’t I connect?

Check your local service, running frpc, frps.soranet.win:7000, plan expiry and tunnel status. Send redacted error logs to support.

What if a port is in use?

Use the port your local service actually listens on. Public ports are assigned automatically. Choose another subdomain if it is already taken.

How are speeds limited?

Plan bandwidth is enforced by the server. Brief bursts may exceed the nominal rate. More tunnels do not add independent allowances.

How is traffic counted?

Both sent and received bytes count. The cycle resets every 30 days. Unlimited traffic still has a bandwidth limit.

How do I use HTTPS?

Create an HTTP or HTTPS tunnel, then open https://your-subdomain.frp.soranet.win. TLS terminates at nginx; your local service uses HTTP.

Can I run a proxy?

No. VPN, SOCKS and HTTP proxies are prohibited. Detection suspends tunnels; violations can cause account bans without refunds.

Are refunds available?

Personal preference refunds after activation are generally unavailable. Confirmed outages receive balance compensation for the affected period. Violations receive no refund.

How do I pay?

Use SoraNet balance, topped up through PayPay. Any shortfall is shown on screen. The free plan requires no payment.
