Delivery and term: Access is granted immediately after balance payment, for the term displayed in the plan. There is no automatic renewal; renew manually.

Cancellation and refunds: Digital service purchases are generally nonrefundable after activation for personal reasons. Confirmed outages receive balance compensation for affected days. Proxies, VPNs, SOCKS and HTTP proxies are prohibited; violations can cause suspension or account bans without refunds of paid fees.
